1.Hosting:
The hosting service of the purchased package will be hosted on Priedes' main account, which relies on a third-party provider to ensure high availability of your site. Depending on the package, the features and conditions for your storage will be listed.
2.Domain:
Domain registration is the client's responsibility. Priedes is only a mediator in the domain purchase process. It is emphasized that renewal is the client's sole and exclusive responsibility. Priedes disclaims any liability for late renewals that may result in the loss of domain ownership. Domains can be purchased on an annual basis. Should the client wish to conceal their domain registration information, they must request this service, which will be charged separately from the purchased package.

The domain you purchase will be confirmed once you receive proof of registration and payment, as due to the high global demand for domain acquisitions, there is a chance that the domain may be reserved mid-transaction.
3.SSL Certificate:
With the purchased package, Priedes offers a secure page service using the Let's Encript service.
4.Development:
The development of pages, sites, systems, or applications is subject to the benefits and limitations stated in the package you have selected from Priedes.
For the development and analysis of a more robust project or one with specific characteristics, a document will be prepared outlining the conditions between the parties.
For website development, the current package offer will be taken into account as a characteristic of the conditions provided.
Both the multimedia and text content contained on the site are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the client, who is responsible for the correct use of copyright and authorship.
Priedes disclaims any liability for the use of reserved rights, as the client is responsible for such use.
5.Security: Security is monitored 24 hours a day by Priedes' various providers. In the event of data loss, the most recent available backup will be used. Priedes assumes no liability for information not contained in the backup.
Priedes disclaims any liability for loss or damage caused by restoring the backup. Upon acquiring our service, the client acknowledges, understands, and accepts the terms and conditions set forth at the beginning of the business relationship.
In the event that the site is hacked, Priedes will work with its primary account provider to restore the site to normal.
6. Bandwidth:
Bandwidth will be limited depending on the package you purchase.
7. Scalability:
When the customer requires it, a package with more and better features can be purchased.
The packages allow for capacity increases, but not capacity reductions. If you want to purchase a lower-capacity package, you'll need to start a new service with a design tailored to the package you selected.
8.Availability:
Your page will be published throughout the duration of the business relationship, which will be communicated upon registration of the site's domain. We have a 2% tolerance for incidents that will be resolved within 72 hours of the client notifying the site. However, it should be noted that at Priedes we have a policy of constantly monitoring all our services to ensure their proper functioning throughout the duration of the business relationship.
In the event of a data inconsistency, the problem resolution will be placed on a pre-evaluation basis, ensuring optimal service. Depending on the severity of the situation, this could take up to 15 calendar days to resolve the reported incident.
9.Renewal:
Renewal is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer. Failure to renew the service will result in the loss of the acquired domain. Priedes will not be responsible for the domain name if it is no longer available.
Renewal of a package's business relationship will be worth 50% of the current listed value.
In the case of package scalability, renewal will be charged according to the last package purchased.
10.Interaction:
Interaction with automated responses hosted on your website will be handled through your email service; this option varies depending on the package you purchase.
11.Usage audit:
Priedes will send statistical reports of access to the site at the frequency established within the purchased package.
12.Backups:
Backup frequency will be subject to the availability of the providers used by Priedes, as Priedes is a software development company, not a technology infrastructure company.
13.Database:
The amount of database will depend on the commercial package purchased. Remote access or access to any application not developed by Priedes will not be provided. Users will not be created for manipulation via SQL. A copy of the database may be requested, except in the case of contractual conditions for the service purchased. A copy of the database may be requested every six months.
14. Bulk mail: Bulk email is strictly prohibited. If an account is found to be using this type of service, the account will be deactivated without prior notice.
15. Positioning:
Priedes will generate the sitemap and index the website in Google to ensure that the page appears as a search result when the search engine is used.
These Terms govern your use of the platform, products, systems and application development, services, technologies, and software we offer, except where we expressly state that separate terms apply.
